Vintage Ludwig 60s Pro Beat Style Drum Set 24/12/13/16/18 - Tri-Band Sparkle

The Vintage Ludwig 60s Pro Beat Style Drum Set 24/12/13/16/18 - Tri-Band Sparkle (ULUD5PCPBSTS) features vintage Ludwig 3-ply shells with reinforcement hoops, 30-degree roundover bearing edges, and blue/orange/blue tri-band sparkle finish. At the time this kit was made, the tri-tone sparkle finish was only available as a custom order. Adding a nice level of uniqueness and collectability to this beautiful drum set. Upon very close inspection, some of the sparkle pattern on the wraps do vary slightly from drum to drum. But, this was common for drums of the 60s Ludwig era.

The 24x14 bass drum features matching black wood hoops with blue sparkle inlays, claw hooks, T-Rods, vintage style spurs, Ludwig Classic Lugs, clear lacquered interior finish, Remo Smooth White Powerstroke 3 batter drumhead on the bass drum, Ludwig White Weather Master reso drumhead with small Ludwig logo on the bass drum, chrome hardware, and Ludwig Keystone badge. All bass drum hardware is original. And the wrap is in excellent condition. A vintage Ludwig bass drum mounted double tom holder is included. An aftermarket vintage Ludwig bass drum mounted cymbal holder bracket has been put on the bass drum, located near the drum badge. The bass drum is interior dated 1968, and the serial number is 627629.

The 12x8 tom features triple-flanged hoops, Ludwig Classic Lugs, chrome hardware, vintage tom mounting bracket, Ludwig Coated White Weather Master batter drumhead, Remo Coated Ambassador resonant drumhead, internal tone control, and Ludwig Keystone badge. All hardware on this tom is original and in excellent condition. All wraps on this tom are original and in excellent condition. The interior of this drum has been painted white by the previous owner, but the date stamp was left visible. This drum is interior dated 1969, and the serial number is 624859.

The 13x9 tom features triple-flanged hoops, Ludwig Classic Lugs, clear lacquered interior finish, chrome harware, vintage tom mounting bracket, Ludwig Coated White Weather Master batter drumhead, Remo Coated Ambassador resonant drumhead, internal tone control, and Ludwig Keystone badge. All hardware on this tom is original and in excellent condition. All wraps on this tom are original and are in excellent condition. This drum is interior dated 1968, and the serial number is 624675.

The 16x16 floor tom features triple-flanged hoops, Ludwig Classic Lugs, clear lacquered interior finish, chrome hardware, Ludwig Coated White Weather Master batter drumheads, Remo Coated Ambassador resonant drumhead, vintage floor tom legs, internal tone control, and Ludwig Keystone badge. This drum is interior dated 1968, and the serial number is 622161. All hardware on this floor tom is original and in excellent condition. All wraps on this floor tom are original and in excellent condition.

The 18x16 floor tom is a modern add-on to this drum set, and features matching shell specifications, and finish. This floor tom features triple-flanged hoops, Ludwig Large Classic Lugs, clear lacqured interior finish, chrome hardware, Ludwig Coated White Weather Master batter drumheads, Remo Coated Ambassador resonant drumhead, vintage style floor tom legs and brackets, and Ludwig Keystone badge. This drum does not have an interior date since it is a modern add-on drum, and the serial number is 11736.
