The Recording Custom Stainless Steel snare drum is one of Yamaha's finest snare drums, designed with Steve Gadd's valuable input. It adds a superb consistency, allowing drummers to fully utilize the sound functionality of the kit. The 14x7 Stainless Steel snare drum includes 25 strand snare wires. The center bead to the outside of the drum produces a more open sound for crisp, articulate performance. The heavy-duty Q-type strainer is robust whilst offering solid, stable and smooth operation, along with adjustment and snare replacement.
