From Jazz to Metal, the Ludwig 400 Series Snare Drums provide the perfect sound in the studio or on stage. This snare comes with chrome plated hardware, Imperial style lugs, Triple-Flanged hoops and the P85 Supraphonic Snare Strainer. Also the P86 Millennium strainer can be ordered separately and will fit most Ludwig snares for a more heavy duty throw off and an upgraded look. The USA made Chrome Plated Seamless Brass shells produce a bright crisp cutting sound, with the perfect balance of full resonant tone and snare crack. Optional upgrades are available for this drum. If you choose an upgrade, the new parts will be installed on the drum. The original part(s) will not be included.
