The 22" Istanbul Agop Lenny White Epoch Ride Cymbal (LWER22) was developed in collaboration with Lenny and heavily inspired by a ride which was given to Wallace Roney by the late great Tony Williams that Lenny used to play while working with Wallace. Slightly curved edges, medium-thin weight, and small bell size give this ride a definite, high-pitched stick sound with a trashy, controlled wash underneath. Each Turkish cymbal is a work of art hand-crafted individually by the cymbalsmith. Variations in color, hammer marks, lathing, labels, etc., are all enhancements that add to the natural beauty, sound, and unique quality of these one-of-a-kind cymbals.
