The Tony Succar Timbalitos (LP272-TS) are based on LP's ever-popular Tito Puente timbales with traditional tuning. Both 9-1/4" and 10-1/4" heads offer bright and cutting tone with unique 6-1/2" Deep Rainbow Chrome shells. This amazing finish offers subtle color variations, making every set truly one-of-a-kind! Combined with striking Black Nickel hardware, and a Heavy-duty Stand with the Cowbell Mount, you'll enjoy a sound that is classic and familiar while possessing an aesthetic that is modern and progressive. As a two-time Latin Grammy winner, an in-demand producer, and a powerful timbalero, Tony Succar is absolutely 'en fuego.' He is a premier example of the next generation of Salseros and Latin Jazz musicians that are dynamic and forward-looking while consistently paying homage to their forefathers.
