Extra Thin Hammered Crashes: simply put, these cymbals will make you buzz when you hit them. Large, deep hammer blows with the light weight and thin profile give these crashes trashy punch with that melt-in-your-stick feel. Byzance Traditional cymbals are fully lathed to give them a classic sound and look. Some of the deeper hand hammer craters are visible, but the surface has been lathed down to smooth perfection for an effortless touch. Crafted from 100% cast B20 bronze and hammered into shape in Turkey. Meinl Byzance cymbals are rooted in traditional cymbal crafting methods, yet their old-world background is dialed-in to 21st century needs.
