The center bead to the outside on the drum produces a more open sound for crisp, articulate performance. This Yamaha snare drum features a 1.2mm Aluminum shell, 45-degree bearing edges, 10 one piece lugs, 3.0mm AL-DC hoops, Q type throw-off, DC3 type butt-plate, 25-strand snare wires, and a coated Ambassador by Remo.
